Live Actor Experience
During the live actor component of the exhibition, visitors will sit in a room connecting to the rest of the exhibition. There will be an Indiana artist there who will give a presentation. Each presentation will vary slightly depending on the artist but the main components of the presentation will be discussing their story and their artwork. The theme of this presentation will surround the artist's challenges when becoming an artist. The artists will not need to be women, this live actor experience will be open to Indiana artists of all genders. The main theme of the live experience will be challenges that the artist has faced and how they emerged from the shadows. The goal will be to have a good mix of diverse backgrounds so all visitors can relate.

During the presentation, there will also be a component of discussing the history of women artists and how Indiana women artists of the 1800s and 1900s contributed to their art. This presentation will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the audience. At the end of the presentation, the visitors will have the opportunity to review the artwork up close and ask questions to the artist. Additionally, if a visitor likes an artwork, they could potentially purchase the artwork. The presentation will take place every hour to give the artists the opportunity to take breaks and chat with the visitors.
