Strategic Marketing Operations
In my role as Senior University Marketing Advisor at Ball State University, I help lead the operational and strategic systems that support marketing work across the institution. I partner with academic colleges and administrative units to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals related to recruitment, engagement, and reputation.

Beyond managing individual projects, my work focuses on building the structures that allow teams to work more effectively. I played a key role in implementing ClickUp as the project management platform for the Division of Marketing and Communications, helping design workflows, documentation standards, and processes that support collaboration across cross-functional teams.

I have also helped develop division-wide standard operating procedures, intake processes, and project planning structures that create greater clarity for both marketing staff and campus partners. These systems ensure that requests are evaluated strategically, timelines are realistic, and projects remain aligned with institutional priorities.

In addition to systems development, I lead internal trainings and professional development sessions that help strengthen team skills and empower campus communicators to create brand-aligned materials. This work supports a more collaborative relationship between central marketing and decentralized partners across the university.
